- OptCal will be performing a Receiving Inspection of the units and/or parts and documentation. Requested documentation will be reviewed for compliance to the Purchase Order.
- Any questions pertaining to the Purchase Order shall be directed to Paul B. Reid II. He may be reached at (617) 275-9585, or via email at info@optcal.com
- By accepting the order, OptCal expects a prompt response to any Nonconformity Report that will be issued for orders not meeting requirements.
- OptCal records the performance of all vendor Purchase Orders.
- Payment terms are Net 30 unless otherwise stated on the Purchase Order.
- These terms may be amended.
